Shipping & Returns
We are currently using carrier-calculated shipping. We ship via UPS or USPS. Orders are not shipped on the weekends, so an order placed Friday afternoon may not ship until Monday morning. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but if your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.
Occasionally, shipping is not calculated correctly, especially to the West Coast. In this case, we will notify you via email to let you know if we had to change shipping preferences. We do try to always ship with your choice.
We correspond primarily by email, so please make sure to add us to your inbox or "safe senders" to receive our messages.

We do currently offer Free Shipping on $200 orders to the continental US.
Orders placed after 2pm may not ship until the next business day.
We do not currently accept returns on any ropes. If there is a manufacturing problem, we are happy to provide you with the manufacturer's contact information.
Other items may be exchanged or returned on an individual basis. Please call or email to consult and confirm. We will not issue refunds on orders that are returned without prior consent, or on items that are not in brand new condition.
Please note that in the case of a refund, it typically takes 3-4 business days for your credit card, bank, or PayPal to show those funds returned back to your account.
